Based on Official Firmware:

• Android version Jelly Bean (4.3)
• Fixed all no Korean
• Fixed Dial Pad 
• Fixed SMS (160 characters)
• Removed all Korean apps.
• Work well GSM/WCDMA and all 4G-LTE

There are two files that you can choose among of these both:

N900SKSUBMJ1_N900SSKTBMJ1_HOME.tar.md5

Make sure that you have downloaded correctly from the links below: Samsung Galaxy Note II have been separated into 3 different type. The files have tested and it work fine for me.

Important: 

Back up all your devices before flashing this file. because after you flashed it, all data will be lost and clean all you your emmc drive.

Requirement : 

Download Samsung USB Driver latest version here.

Download Odin (Recommend 3.9 ) Because the file stock is old and support well with this Odin 3.09.

All have been free without password. you can also download from the officials website of Samsung.com too. but it is an original stock have Korea Language and difficult to use. all of these stock ROM have been edited and erased all Korea apps and with one flash click.
